EVENLODE

Evenlode is a group of four properties, positioned at the edge of the fourteenth putting green, with far-reaching views over Heythrop Park. Completely private and removed from any public roads or footpaths, this area is only accessible over a private bridge and road through the neighbouring, Broadstone Estate. The land slopes down through wild woodland to the River Evenlode, adding the right amount of natural privacy that feels both restorative and unspoiled.

The Old Laundry

Once the Estate’s original laundry, this detached building – which currently exists as four flats – has evolved over the years. With seven bedrooms in the works, over 3,200 square feet of space, and two acres of gardens, woodland, and a stream, it’s the standout hero of The Nine. A south-facing garden allows for natural light-filled living spaces, while the setting offers a unique connection to the landscape just outside.

Built in 1902, this three-bedroom mini manor house may be more compact, but it has a grand sense of character. Constructed from classic Cotswold stone, it’s full of period charm with beautifully preserved details throughout. The south-facing garden brings in plenty of natural light.

evenlode cottages

This pair of period Cotswold stone cottages makes for an ideal weekend hideout. Semi-detached and heavy in detail, each home has a kitchen, sitting room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Small in scale but thoughtfully laid out, they have a distinctive warmth and flair. With south-facing gardens, they get the best of their setting, providing a sweet escape in a beautiful landscape.
